Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How much does the machine cost?

The retail price is $19,200 but occasionally we have reconditioned or previously owned machines which range from $15,200-$16,200 in price.  

2. Is there a warranty?

Yes, all machines come with a 2 year parts and labor warranty.  After the warranty expires, you can purchase an additional two year warranty for $1995.

3. How much does the machine weigh?

The machine weighs approximately 62-64 lbs.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have sold machines to customers in Canada, Australia and several countries in Europe.

5. Do you need a special electric adaptor in other countries?

The only thing you need is a step up/step down transformer.  They can be purchased for approximately $200 and ship separately from the unit.

6. How long does a machine last?

Good question!  With proper maintenance and care, a machine can last several thousand hours of use.  We have machines out in the field for 7+ years.

7. Do you certify technicians?

No, we do not certify technicians for several reasons.  The machine must be purchased by a licensed veterinarian or at the direction of a veterinarian.  We do not assume any liability for our customers.  We encourage them to carry insurance and undergo proper training of P3 use.  Fortunately, the P3 machine is non-invasive.
